I just got off the phone with more sources tonight. It's done. Jim Harbaugh is coming to Michigan - and his friends are flying in Monday.

Smoke has been streaming in for a while. Reports, including from sources on the 49ers staff, have pegged Jim Harbaugh heading to Michigan. Now, John U. Bacon, a plugged in Michigan guy, is reporting that Jim Harbaugh to Michigan is a done deal.
How do I know this? From his friends who are flying in.
