Jeremy Lane Drove a Carolina Player Through the Bench, Setting Off Shoving Match

The Seattle-Carolina game is going to be the polar opposite of the earlier Patriots-Ravens shootout, with defense and physical play at a premium. Jeremy Lane took the physical play to the limit on one of the game’s punts, driving Carrington Byndom through the Seattle bench area and all the way into the ground. That set off a shoving match on the sideline that will not likely be the first physical confrontation in this one.
