Martellus Bennett and Kyle Long, Chicago Bears Teammates, are Feuding Over a Twitter Unfollowing
By Jason Lisk

Hey, we’ve been there. Someone you follow on social media and with whom you have a relationship is clogging up your day with dumb things that you just don’t have time for. However, feelings get real when you actually drop them.
That played out with Kyle Long and Martellus Bennett, teammates with the Chicago Bears. It all began when Bennett apparently unfollowed Long on Twitter on Sunday.
Then, this morning, Bennett saw the public message and had to jump back in, after sharing his thoughts on Ryan Gosling and Remember the Titans.
That moment you realize Ryan Gosling is in Remember The Titans.

@Ky1eLong why are you worried about who is following you on twitter? More important shit is happening in my world than Kyle Long's tweets

@Ky1eLong I don't need this form of social currency maybe you do. If a follow from me is going to make you feel wealthier socially, then

@Ky1eLong u need to get out more. I prefer our day to day interactions in person. But that's just me. You have my number. Stop the bullshit

People will look at this as some sort of evidence about the Bears’ apparent dysfunction this year. I think it’s more the real struggle of what to do with an annoying follow on Twitter of someone that you otherwise respect/know/find to be valuable in your life. Too bad no one told Bennett about the mute button.
