Predators Coach Peter Laviolette Yelled at a Referee For Winking at the Blackhawks Bench

The Chicago Blackhawks beat the Nashville Predators, 5-4 in overtime, on December 29th. During the game, Predators coach Peter Laviolette got into an argument with a referee because he thought he saw him wink to the Blackhawks’ bench. The clip comes from a behind-the-scenes feature on the Predators website called Beneath the Ice. Isn’t it great when reality television cameras catch actual, unscripted moments like this? And isn’t it greater anytime adults in sports have childish arguments?
