Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, otherwise known as The Mountain from Game of Thrones, is a very strong human being. Perhaps one of the world’s strongest men, as it were. Over the weekend at the World’s Strongest Viking competition in Norway, the Icelandic strongman shattered an ancient world record that involved carrying a 1,400 pound, 32-foot log five steps.

I’ll level with you, whatever I write will pale in comparison to the YouTube description, which is nothing short of epic:

If you want a little more inside info on the World’s Strongest Viking competition, Iron Mind can provide it. Otherwise here’s a semi-relevant GIF.
