BBC Reporter Receives A Big Surprise During Interview About 1967 Merseyside Derby

Man on the street interviews are always a chance for some comedy and or surprise — remember those hilarious Jaywalking segments on the Tonight Show? Ahead of today’s Merseyside Derby the BBC conducted some random interviews in the Liverpool city center asking if anyone remembered the 1967 FA Cup game between rivals Liverpool and Everton. Turns out one of the people interviewed turned out to be Tommy Lawrence, who played keeper for Liverpool from 1957-1971.

Anyways, jumping back to 2015 here are the starting lineups for today’s game, which will be Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard’s 33rd derby vs. Everton.
