Katie Nolan Ripped Peter King For Darren Sharper Hall of Fame Stance

Peter King has reiterated his belief the Pro Football HOF bylaws about not factoring in off-field matters are sacrosanct and accused serial rapist Darren Sharper should receive a fair hearing from the committee. Like just about everyone, FOX Sports’ Katie Nolan disagreed and wondered why that became a soapbox issue.
We say “just about everyone,” because YouTube commenters stepped up in King’s defense. That should be testament enough to the sturdiness of his point.
Real laws can be changed. Organization bylaws can be changed far more easily. If we can trust the Pro Football HOF committee, in their infinite wisdom, to operate outside public scrutiny, we can trust the committee to not go all slippery slope with a clause designed to keep accused serial rapists and the like from being feted.
