Jose Canseco Painted His Tortoise Like Iron Man

This is Juiced, one of Jose Canseco’s pet tortoises. He has a new, Iron Man-like paint job.

Why? Because Canseco had the time and materials available to complete such a project.

He is right. Gold and silver would look ridiculous — not classy like this gold-and-red motif.

I don’t know much about painting tortoises but it looks like Canseco did a decent job. Sure, there’s some residue on the animal’s head and leg, but that’s to be expected with such an agile creature as a canvas.
