Rory McIlroy’s WGC-Cadillac Championship didn’t go as well as he’d hoped. As we all saw, he tossed a 3-iron into the water, which was later retrieved, and on his 72nd hole he hit another ball into the water. McIlroy, who was looking at a drop not far from where he hit the ball, faked a club toss that got the crowd riled up and finished the hole by chipping in for double-bogey to tie for 9th.

Meanwhile, Dustin Johnson appears to have turned a corner, collecting his first win of the 2015 season and the first since he was suspended for off-the-course issues.

"“I knew I was really good,” he said. “I just knew there was something that I was missing that could make me great.”"

While Johnson didn’t elaborate on what exactly has changed, it’s safe to say that the time away from the course and the birth of his first child may have had an effect on his maturity. Johnson is now a 12/1 favorite to win the Masters according to Jeff Sherman. He is behind only Rory at 11/2 and Bubba Watson 10/1.
