Doug Brooks elbowed Ohio State’s D’Angelo Russell in the head on a fastbreak. After a conversation, the referees decided to give VCU’s Brooks a flagrant-1 because he elbowed Russell in the head and drew blood. Nobody makes D’Angelo Russell bleed his own blood. Except Doug Brooks.
