Norman Powell is Doing Ridiculous in the NCAA Tournament Again

Norman Powell of UCLA, who did this last year in the NCAA tournament, had this incredible block and layup and the foul in the first half against SMU. Powell, one of the best guards in the Pac-12, scored 11 points in the half as UCLA grabbed a 34-30 halftime lead.

Powell had arguably the single greatest play of the regular season when he split a double team with this dribble, and then threw down a thunderous dunk.
