Jordan Spieth is a good golfer. Hell, he’s a very good golfer and is only 21. While Spieth has no major wins under his belt, he does have 2 PGA Tour wins – one came last week at the Valspar Championship – and tied for 2nd at the 2014 Masters, which means he will likely be near the top this year if he continues playing like he has all season. Spieth has five top 10 finishes in his last eight tournaments. He’s the prohibitive favorite heading into the Valero Texas Open this weekend at 15/2 odds and is a 12/1 favorite to win the Masters.

So if you’re a successful 21-year-old who’s playing great golf and has over $10.1 million in career earnings, what do you do? You buy a nice new home in your home state. Spieth purchased a 7,378 square foot home in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, which is also where Mark Cuban lives. The home includes a 288 bottle wine closet, media and game-room, 5 bedrooms, and of course, a putting green.
