Woody Johnson’s tenure owning the New York Jets has yet to produce a Super Bowl trophy. I guess the billionaire will have to take solace in other things, such as setting a new record for most expensive co-op ever sold in New York City. The Daily News reports Johnson sold his luxury, fifth-avenue apartment to Ukrainian billionaire Leonard Blavatnik for the small sum of $77.5 million dollars.

That’s not even the most absurd part of the deal. I’m just going to drop this here and let you form your own conclusions:

"Johnson put the pad on the market last year for $75 million. He bought it only a year prior and reportedly never actually lived there, instead opting to stay in another of his homes at One Central Park West."

Must be nice, right? NFL owners, they’re just like us.
