Ervin Santana, who just signed a 4 year, $54 million contract this offseason with the Minnesota Twins, will be suspended for the first 80 games of the season after a positive test for stanozolol. Santana finally got the long-term deal he was seeking, after going from the Angels to the Royals to the Braves over the previous three seasons. Now, the Twins–a franchise that has been in need of pitching and well, anything positive of late–is looking at being without Santana for half the year.
