Dee Gordon Lays Down Bunt, Falls Down 60 or So Feet In Front of First Base

Dee Gordon reached base once in four at-bats during his Florida Marlins debut on Monday. The Braves beat the Marlins, 2-1, despite Gordon’s ultimate efforts. Down a run in the 8th, Gordon laid down a bunt in an attempt to get on. That did not work as he tripped getting out of the box and fell flat on his face 1/3 of the way up the line.
