There have been a few times this season where the bucket becomes a proverbial ocean for Klay Thompson, and it happened again on Monday night against the Grizzlies. Thompson erupted for 26 points in the second quarter, finishing Golden State’s 111-107 win with 42. Memphis was missing solid perimeter defenders in Mike Conley and Tony Allen, which might’ve contributed some to the looks that Thompson was getting, but his shooting was still insane. Look for it to be dubbed with NBA Jam audio by lunch time.

Thompson had 37 points in the 1st half on just 17 shots.

Earlier this season, Thompson scored 37 points in the 3rd quarter.
