With the fight just a week and a half away, tickets still haven’t gone on sale yet for Manny Pacquaio vs. Floyd Mayweather. This is probably in part because the promoters and the casino and the network bigwigs have not yet finished jockeying for the seats that they’re going to distribute to high rollers and celebrities, but it won’t surprise you that the fighters’ promoters are blaming each others’ camps. Yahoo’s Kevin Iole reports:

Iole runs through the history of animosity between the two sides, and floats the believable theory that tickets have been withheld from the general public to limit scalping and counterfeiting. If and when they do actually go on sale, whoever wins that Ticketmaster algorithm lottery will feel quite lucky to have earned the right to pay $1,500 to watch a fight from the upper deck.
