Winnipeg Jets Fans Chanted "Katy Perry" at Corey Perry as Team Falls in 0-3 Series Hole

The Winnipeg Jets have not been in the playoffs since 2007, back when they were the Atlanta Thrashers. Previous to that, the original Winnipeg Jets made the Stanley Cup Playoffs in 1996 before moving to Arizona. It’s been awhile since fans in Winnipeg have had a chance to root for a postseason team besides the Blue Bombers. So you can understand why they would chant something as lame as “Katy Perry” to tell Ducks winger Corey Perry what a girl he was after he scored one of Anaheim’s 5 goals. Meanwhile, the Ducks now lead the series, 3-0.
