Kevin Love suffered a shoulder injury early in the first quarter against the Boston Celtics. Love reacted in pain after he got tangled up with Kelly Olynyk while battling for a loose ball and his shoulder appeared to be dislocated.

Love will not return to the game, according to a report from ESPN’s Heather Cox.

The loss of Love is a huge blow for the Cleveland Cavaliers as they attempt to close out the series today and could be problematic if the nature of the injury turns out to be severe.
