Floyd Mayweather Wants Rematch After Manny Pacquiao Heals From Shoulder Surgery

Manny Pacquiao did have a shoulder injury ahead of the boring “Fight of the Century.” The chatter of the shoulder injury Sunday morning after he lost a unanimous decision to Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas was mostly chalked up as excuses/lies in an effort for the sides to get together for a $500 million rematch.

And guess what? It’s probably going to happen.

Mayweather has said he wants his career to end in September, after his final fight for HBO/Showtime. He’ll beat someone like Amir Kahn and wrap up his career 49-0, just like Rocky Marciano.

But wait! The smart move: Win that fight, wait for Pacquiao to heal from the shoulder injury, and then, in 2016, hype the hell out of the rematch with Pacquaio as the half  billion dollar fight. Finish your career 50-0 and make it rain for the rest of your life.

Don’t get sucked into this one, America.
