Kris Bryant, who came up to the Major Leagues with much ballyhoo, hit his first career home run on Saturday versus the Brewers. As he rounded the bases, his teammates cleared the dugout — not to greet him, but to head into the clubhouse. In case you were worried, they’d eventually return. Bryant will presumably have many more chances in his career to receive timely high fives and fist bumps for his work.
