In the bottom of the fourth inning of the Kansas City at Texas game, Adrian Beltre launched a Danny Dufner pitch into the right field stands for his 399th career home run. Beltre made his trot around the bases and returned to an exuberant dugout and a very bold Elvis Andrus. It’s well-known that Beltre hates people messing with his head, see all of the examples below, and it’s also well-known that Andrus likes to mess with Beltre. So of course, after snagging his helmet and messing with him from behind while he made his way through the dugout, Andrus eventually succeeded in touching Beltre’s head.

One day, we can all hope, because it would make for spectacular TV, Adrian Beltre is going to level Elvis Andrus.
