Tolver Dozier is a senior golfer at Troy. This past weekend he was playing in the NCAA Division I golf regional at The Course at Yale in New Haven, Connecticut. Dozier birdied three of his last four holes and entered into a sudden death playoff against Addison Coll of Ohio State for the final individual spot remaining to come out of the Yale regional. On his second shot during the first hole of the playoff, Dozier hit the shot above from 138 yards with a pitching wedge, and made an improbable eagle sending him through to the NCAA Championship at the Concession Golf Club in Brandenton, Florida.

"“It’s crazy,” Dozier said. “I was just trying to hit it close and I got lucky that it went in. It’s pretty cool. It’s my senior year and it’s kind of icing on the cake.”"

That’s a spectacular way to advance.
