Everett Golson Will Transfer To The Florida State Seminoles

Everett Golson has made a decision. FOX Sports is reporting he will join the Florida State Seminoles.

Multiple destinations in multiple conferences made sense for Golson. Florida State offers the most talent around him, the easiest route to the starting job and the easiest route to the college football playoff. Could also throw in there that Jimbo Fisher’s last three starting quarterbacks were drafted in the first round.
Golson’s ceiling is debatable. But, he has a higher floor than Sean Maguire or an incoming freshman. Huge get for the Seminoles, who will be happy their starting quarterback only has academic baggage.
