Basketball breakdown’s Gibson Pyper spent some time looking into the Warriors offense. If, like me, you enjoy watching basketball, but don’t really know the full nuances of how plays get drawn up and executed, this is instructive. The video highlights various ball movement and screening schemes that Golden State uses to get open jumpers for Stephen Curry (who also sets a bunch of screens for teammates), Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, and which are a lot more intricate than I’d previously realized.

It would be fascinating to see diagrams of how differently the Warriors offense is set up under Steve Kerr versus Mark Jackson.
