Mike Francesa on Bob Raissman: "A lot of what he said is completely inaccurate" [UPDATE]

Mike Francesa kind of addressed Bob Raissman’s story on him from over the weekend at the beginning of his show today. Later in the show, he was pressed on it a lot more specifically by a caller — friend of TBL SprtsRadioMongo — who persevered against titanic odds and somehow avoided getting the papal hand-wave. While Francesa said he wouldn’t go to ESPN New York, he didn’t rule out working elsewhere, be it as a podcaster or on television.

Francesa didn’t really go into specifics about what from Raissman’s column was inaccurate — “he doesn’t know what I’m gonna do because I don’t know what I’m gonna do? How would he know?” — and reiterated that they have a poor relationship and haven’t spoken for about 20 years.
