Joey Gallo, Bryce Harper's Little League Teammate, Crushed a Home Run in His MLB Debut
By Mike Cardillo

Joey Gallo made his big league debut Tuesday night in Arlington to fill in for Adrian Beltre at third base for the Rangers. In his second at bat he launched a moonshot off Jeff Smardzija into the upper deck at Globe Life Park, giving him four RBIs on the night. Perhaps he’ll stick around a little longer when Beltre comes back from his thumb injury.
Not a bad debut for Bryce Harper’s former Little League teammate, eh?.
Strange But True: Joey Gallo and Bryce Harper were once 8- and 9-year-old teammates. (via @JoeyGallo24) pic.twitter.com/phR7BhliW5
