LeBron James is finally going to be unloading his 12,178 square foot waterfront mansion in Crystal Cove, South Florida, and he’s going to make a tidy little profit. In 2010, LeBron bought the brand new house for $9 million, and it’s currently under contract for $15 million according to the LA Times. He had to lower the price from $17 million, so somebody is probably telling their friends they got a “steal.”

Love me a nice infinity pool. The private dock can accommodate “up to two 60-foot yachts.”

How would you describe these views from the family room? Breathtaking? Sweeping? Scenic?

Just showed my wife this kitchen. She instantly pointed out three things we should consider doing to our kitchen. What a mistake on my part.

Imagine the parties this place could host. Pardon me, I’ve got to run out and pay the stupid tax and acquire some lottery tickets.
