The Blackhawks won Game 5 in Tampa 2-1 behind goals from Patrick Sharp and Antoine Vermette on Saturday. With the Cubs in rain delay, the Stanley Cup Finals were broadcast on the new big screen at Wrigley Field, and hordes of Chicago sports fans who opted to watch baseball in the pouring rain over the hockey were nonetheless rejoiced with the Blackhawks’ second goal. Even though this was a completely logical move by the Cubs to show the game, this was definitely a nice gesture on their part.
