Weed Possession Will Be Kosher at the U.S. Open

The U.S. Open Championship is happening at Chambers Bay in Washington this weekend. Given that marijuana is legal in the state, SB Nation’s Brian Floyd inquired about the tournament’s policy:

However, fans are unable to smoke weed on the grounds because, while possession is legal, consumption in public is not. My guess is that in five or 10 years this’ll be the case just about everywhere in the United States.
