Pete Rose Should Be in the Hall of Fame, Even Though He Should Still Be Banned from Baseball

Pete Rose is back in the news. You knew that he had gambled on baseball, and that he had been banned from the game. Yesterday, ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” came out with a report of documentary evidence that Rose had gambled during the 1986 season while he was a player, something he had previously denied.
