Knicks Fans Booed Loudly When Kristaps Porzingis Was Announced

Kristaps Porzingis was drafted by the Knicks. The fans in New York, where the draft is held, were not pleased by the pick. It was pretty much reminiscent of every New York Jets pick in the NFL Draft in the 80’s and 90’s, which we missed this year because the draft went to Chicago.
Because we must compare those that have superficial similarities, you will likely hear the name “Darko”–another European pick–referenced. No doubt it’s what some fans are envisioning.
