Gold Cup 2015: Groups and Bracket

Gold Cup 2015 is afoot. The group stage is aligned as follows, with FIFA rankings.
Group A: United States (27), Panama (54), Honduras (75), Haiti (76)
Group B: Costa Rica (14), Jamaica (65), El Salvador (89), Canada (109)
Group C: Mexico (23), Trinidad and Tobago (67), Guatemala (93), Cuba (107)
Here is the bracket for the knockout rounds. The top two teams in each group advance. The top two third-place teams round out the eight teams for the quarterfinals.
Should things pan out as anticipated, the U.S. would likely play Jamaica/El Salvador/Trinidad and Tobago/Guatemala in the quarterfinals and Costa Rica in the semis. Finishing first or second in Group A, they would still avoid Mexico until the final.
