Jason Day has found an answer to his vertigo problems. Day told Golf Channel’s Todd Lewis that he was diagnosed by Dr. John Oas, a specialist in neurology and vertigo at Ohio State, with a viral infection that’s attacking the inner ear nerve in his right ear. Day is now taking medication that drastically reduce the chances of him suffering another episode of vertigo.

Day hasn’t played since the U.S. Open, where he collapsed during play, but he says he’s ready for The Open Championship.

Jason Day is currently a 30/1 favorite to win The Open according to Vegas Insider.
