Wimbledon Fan Paints & Shaves Head to Resemble a Tennis Ball

Wimbledon has a strict dress code for players. Fans on the other hand, can shave strange designs into their hair and paint their heads yellow so they look like a weird human tennis ball hybrid. This guy was at Wimbledon on Tuesday. I’m not sure what he’s doing today, but if it’s not watching tennis, he is probably regretting that haircut.
