Steve Harwell of Smash Mouth has got some serious ups. Just look at the way he glides through the air. This video was shot in 1999. Presumably, he’s just been making hits and doing Cross Fit since the All Star video was released. Who knows how high he could jump today. High enough to set a world record for the box jump? Probably!
