As I said in my last post, Jordan Spieth is dialed in with his wedges and he demonstrated that on the par-5 17th hole during the third round of the John Deere Classic. Spieth took a sand wedge and spun it back into the hole for eagle and took the lead over Danny Lee, who won last week at the Greenbrier Classic and shot 62 on Saturday.

David Feherty said that on his way to the hole, Spieth told him, “I hit that so bad.”

Spieth’s 61 on Saturday, is a new career low for the hottest golfer on the Tour.
