Mike Trout led off the All Star Game last night with a home run. That was enough for him to claim back-to-back All Star Game MVP awards. Trout turns 24 in on Aug. 7. In his four-year career he’s already garnered these accomplishments: four All Star appearances, three Silver Slugger awards, two All Star Game MVPs, one regular season MVP and one Rookie of the Year.

And … one pseudo award for ruining the American League 2015 All Star Game official team photo that made it’s way to the Interwebs.

Trout apparently wanted to get a better look at Manny Machado’s shoulder.

A couple hours later he won the MVP award. In simplest terms he is very good at baseball and well on his way to a statistically historic career.
