Colorado did an unusual team building activity this week when they invited Boulder police to campus to do some police training. Cops and college football players go together, but rarely in such happy circumstances. Colorado may not be Florida State, but they did just have a player arrested over the weekend by the same Boulder Police Department that worked out with them on Thursday.

Sophomore fullback George Frazier was arrested for DUI over the weekend when police found him asleep at the wheel of his car at an intersection. One person who probably wasn’t there was Josh Tupou, Colorado’s All-Pac-12 honorable mention defensive lineman last season who is not on the team this season for an undisclosed reason. Tupou was arrested following an incident – a brawl at a house party – in February. (The charges have since been dropped.) Jaleel Awini and Donovan Lee were cited by Boulder police as a result of the same incident.
