Shirt and shoes are required in most social situations, unless you are Baylor Bears DE Shawn Oakman (one of our Top 50 players for 2015). Of course, enforcement of said societal rule would require one to tell Shawn Oakman to put on a shirt.
Oakman did don a very large Baylor polo for Big 12 Media Day itself.

Temps are supposed to hit 100 in Dallas today, with humidity. That falls well within the “don’t sweat through your nice shirt in transit” range.
