Alex Rodriguez turned back the clock by blasting three home runs last night against the Minnesota Twins. The three shots were no doubters (480 feet in the fourth inning, 428 in the seventh and 428 in the ninth).

Rodriguez’s trifecta of long balls brought his season total to 23. So many A-bombs for A-Rod.

Perhaps he can commission an artist to add a phoenix rising from the ashes motif into his next centaur-themed portrait.
