Tom Brady’s agent and attorney, Don Yee, provided a blistering statement about Roger Goodell upholding his client’s four-game suspension earlier Tuesday. As you would imagine Yee’s statement is pro-Brady and doesn’t mention anything about destroyed cell phones.

Here’s your pull-out quote that will get some attention: “The appeals process was a sham, resulting in the Commissioner rubber-stamping his own decision.”

Numerous reporters posted the entire statement, you can read it below from Turner’s Rachel Nichols.

Depending how you view this saga you’re entire nodding along with Yee’s statement or rolling your eyes.

The most incredible part of this entire story is that the AFC Championship Game took place on Jan. 18. Today is July 28 and we’re a) still talking about it and b) doesn’t seem any closer to being completely resolved since this looks like it’ll go to court.
