As we saw with Michigan, almost all of this can be explained by the Lakers being a public team of which people dream of cashing in long odds — Sherman says a Lakers bet pays out at 200:1, whereas the Cavs are at 2/1 — but it feels like it’s almost a formality that Cleveland makes the NBA Finals again if LeBron is healthy.
