Bo Ryan announced in late June that he planned for this upcoming season to be his last. Speaking at a charity golf event yesterday, though, it sounds like the Wisconsin coach is having some second thoughts (via Post-Crescent Media)

This isn’t all that surprising, now that Bo has had more time to decompress from the heartbreaking loss to Duke in the NCAA Finals. As a Wisconsin alum, I jotted down my thoughts on Bo’s tenure when he announced his retirement, but suffice to say I’m more than alright with his sticking around as long as he sees fit.

Even though they lost Frank Kaminsky, Sam Dekker, and Josh Gasser, the Badgers should actually be pretty decent this year. Nigel Hayes and Bronson Koenig will anchor a team that’ll be better, in the Big Ten at least, than a lot of people realize.
