Johnny Manziel Rushes for Preseason Touchdown, World Continues to Spin

Johnny Manziel’s second year in the NFL commenced Thursday night with a preseason game against Washington. The Browns quarterback scampered for this 12-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.

It was mostly uneventful — there didn’t appear to be an opponent within five yards of him. Manziel didn’t do his money sign celebration, which he retired in June, either. (GASP!)

Anyways, a thought …

If a tree falls in the woods does it make a sound?

If Johnny Manziel does something on the football field — or elsewhere — and it doesn’t become a screaming postgame talking point, does it actually happen?
