Ben Simmons Glides, Passes, and Shoots With Range in LSU Preseason Game in Sydney

Ben Simmons, the incoming LSU freshman who is widely considered the no. 1 pick in next year’s NBA Draft, scored 26 points and dished out eight assists in a preseason game against the Sydney Kings. With the caveat that it’s generally a bad idea to make sweeping proclamations based on curated highlights mix-tapes, it’s rare that you see a basketball player with the ability to drive, pass, and shoot like Simmons does in this one. If he can get to the hoop AND nail 3’s with a hand in his face, he’s going to be a prominent part of our lives for the foreseeable future.
