Chicago Cubs Superstar Kris Bryant is really good at hitting baseballs. This vicious hypothesis was proven once again today when Kris absolutely unloaded on a 0-2 pitch from Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Rubby De La Rosa, and it traveled an estimated 495 feet — the longest in the major leagues this season.

Ugh, gotta hate it when scoreboards get in the way of mammoth home runs. The best part about this highlight is DBacks outfielder David Peralta, who didn’t even bother moving a muscle to chase this inevitable home run … instead, David just stared at it like Bernard Gilkey when he saw the giant alien spaceship in Men In Black:

The home run was Bryant’s 86th Runs Batted In of the year — which officially ties him for the Chicago Cubs franchise rookie record for RBIs in a single season.

Something tells me he’s gonna break it…
