Wisconsin Safety Michael Caputo Suffered a Concussion, Went to Wrong Huddle
By Jason McIntyre
Wisconsin safety Michael Caputo, #7 in the above video, took a knee to the helmet while making a tackle against Alabama Saturday night and got up groggily. Caputo was so out of it, he made his way into Alabama backfield (behind Tide QB Jacob Coker, #14) as the Tide lined up to run some hurry up offense.
A couple Alabama players motioned to the referee that Caputo was on the wrong side of the field, and that’s when the referees stopped play and got Caputo out of the game.
ABC reported he had a concussion and didn’t return to the game.
Alabama rolled the Badgers, 35-17.
