Jeb Bush - Donald Trump High-Five Won the GOP Debate, Not Carly Fiorina

The second GOP debate was highlighted by – who else – Donald Trump. The billionaire went after Rand Paul, sparred with Jeb Bush, yukked it up with Ben Carson, but mostly, his night will be remembered for this low-five with Bush, who shockingly displayed a white man’s overbite when the two hands connected. High-energy Jeb Bush, fired up!

Later, he said he’d put Margaret Thatcher on the $10 bill.

Not surprisingly, the media is tripping over themselves trying to declare Carly Fiorina the “winner.” She was the only new face in the group – she was part of the JV debate last time – and everybody loves shiny new things, hence Fiorina was the winner. Fiorina famously ran Hewlett-Packard into the ground (see here and here) and as a Washington Post columnist pointed out, she also failed in a 2010 political run for Senate.

Keep in mind the media hammered Trump after the 1st debate … and they were completely wrong. His poll numbers went up.

Hopefully, the next debate will be winnowed to just these six real candidates: Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Jeb Bush, and Donald Trump.
