The Atlanta Hawks marketing department observed the Ashley Madison hackand wondered “how can we use this to sell tickets?” This is the result.

"“The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club announced today that they have signed three real-life people named Ashley Madison to promote the team’s new 10-game flex plans. Fans are encouraged to start a new love affair with the team by customizing their own unique ticket plan to ensure they are at all of the top games during the 2015-16 season and receive the best selection of games, seats and pricing.”The three Ashley Madisons are all Georgia residents, comprised of two females and one male.”"

Does this video make you uncomfortable? Does the prospect of having extramarital relations with the Hawks’ mascot excite you? These are tough, revealing questions.

It’s worth noting that the Ashley Madison scandal is believed to be responsible for as many as four suicides. A vast majority of Atlanta Journal-Constitution readers find the new campaign to be in poor taste. And with 41 total votes you can bank on the poll being a fair representation of the public, right?
